With no release of my own.

In the shadows I dance,
Your rage withholding,
I stand unbreakable in its release.

In the shadows I dance,
Feet picking through the air,
Grace lifting my arms
Wind whipping my hair.

I am the watcher in the shadows,
Showing you your true face.
I am the love of a mother,
The fury of a sister,
I am the acceptance of a brother,
The embrace of a lover.

I am the Shadow Dancer
On the outside looking in
In the midst of many
I am One.
In one I am many.
Love as you may
Hate as you will
I will be there to mirror you.
