Wicca has been recognized by the Federal Government, the US Military and the IRS since the 1950s.  The Aquarian Tabernacle Church (ATC) is a formalized, international church which, in the US, is recognized as tax exempt.  The ATC has affiliated churches and members–with government recognition–all over the US and in Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.  We sponsor both a Wiccan Seminary for the formal education of professional clergy  at www.WiccanSeminary.EDU and the SpiralScouts, Int’l youth program: the largest, all-inclusive, non-discriminatory scouting program in the English-speaking world.

There are approximately 4.1 million Wiccans and Pagans in the United States today.  They are stockholders, doctors, lawyers, police officers, teachers, politicians, neighbors and many others who deserve the same civil rights as any other religion.

There are 8 major Wiccan Holy Days.  Halloween is not one of them.
